Her birthplace was Roswell on the 29th of March 1985. Gerina is the given name of her. Gerina Stevenson's parents are Mexican Alan Stevenson & Rita Stevenson. She is of Mexican-American heritage and is an American by the nationality. From the time she was little she's been extremely interested in participating in sport. Gerina first started golfing at fifteen years old. Gerina finished her high-school education in Goddard High School. When she was in high school, she took home at the New Mexico state golf tournament. Her volleyball skills were also acknowledged at the national scale. She attended in the University of Texas in 2003. She won all of the competitions she participated in during her senior year. While in her undergrad years, she was awarded the Conference USA's player of the year, as well as UTEP's Female Athletic of the Year.
