Canadian screen actress, who was known for her role as Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure has been her home since the year 2019. She has also appeared on Earthstorm (2006) as well as The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, the daughter to Peter Silk who is an academic. The wife of Peter Silk Ilkay is an actor, director producer and playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Annas earliest memories revolve around going to play rehearsals and watching her mom perform. Silk produced a variety of commercials when she was still a young teenager. She received a Bachelor's of Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was responsible for two earlier productions of theatre. They were Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). Samuel as well as Levi are their sons. In 2009, she was cast in the lead role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Her performance as Bo along with Lauren as same-sex lovers in Lost Girl was named one of the show's Favorite Television Couples by CNN and named the the top Television Couple for 2013. E! Entertainment Television. Silk has gained a massive internet following because of the fan-base of their series.
